Overview The HRIS Analyst – Payroll, Absence & Time Tracking (PATT) is responsible for the configuration, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence functionality. This role partners closely with Payroll, Human Resources, Benefits, Finance, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective and scalable Workday solutions. Responsibilities Workday Configuration & AdministrationConfigure and maintain payroll-related system components including earnings, deductions, calculations, eligibility rules, and related business processesConfigure and maintain Time Tracking functionality including time calculations, time entry rules, validations, eligibility, overtime, premium pay, and related business processesConfigure and maintain Absence functionality including time-off plans, accruals, eligibility rules, carryover rules, validations, and related calculationsPerform configuration changes in accordance with established HRIS change control and governance standardsRequirements & Solution DesignTroubleshoot Workday configuration, calculation, data, and processing issues impacting payroll, time, and absencePartner with Payroll and other functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate approved requirements into Workday solutionsEvaluate requested system changes and recommend configuration approaches based on Workday capabilities and established standardsIdentify upstream and downstream impacts of proposed configuration changesTesting & Release ManagementDevelop test scenarios and execute unit, regression, and system testing for configuration changesCoordinate and support User Acceptance Testing with functional stakeholdersEvaluate Workday releases for Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence functionalityRecommend and implement applicable release features and enhancementsValidate production changes following deployment Qualifications 3+ years of Workday Payroll, Absence and Time Entry configuration experienceUnderstanding of payroll concepts; payroll processing experience is a plusExperience with test planning and executionStrong attention to detail and data accuracyExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAbility to translate business requirements into effective system solutionsStrong communication skills and ability to partner effectively with both technical and functional teams Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected status.
