Responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs, the full-time Senior Benefits Analyst will manage health and welfare benefits, retirement programs, and leave administration while working remotely in the U.S. Key responsibilities: Administer U.S. and Canadian employee benefit programs, ensuring accurate enrollment and compliance Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and leave programs Coordinate leave administration and manage internal workflows related to employee leaves and disability Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, specifically in benefits or people operations Experience administering benefits in both the United States and Canada HR certification (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CHRP, CHRL) is preferred Experience with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
